Question: Hi! I have been advised to take cartigen forte one tablet daily for 15 days and also orthoboon for 15 days. While walking down from one of the trips I have developed a knee pain on my left leg and thereafter it continued for few more days ...it was like a shooting pain...and started taking above medicine/food supplement. Its been 7 days and the pain is almost gone. I am an active gym person...fyi...hope this supplement will not have an adverse effect....
