Brief Answer:
Sebaceous cyst: can be removed easily

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.

After reading your with diligence and analyzing the picture let me tell you that your problem is a simple" sebaceous cyst".

Sebaceous cyst is a collection of cheezy material surrounded by a wall in the hair root and oil glands. Our scrotal skin is quite thin structure and therefore whenever there is blockage of the pore of oil glands which is attached to the oil gland, it forms a collection of whitish material forming sebaceous cyst.

It is very usual to find such kind of structures at this region and there is no abnormality in the same. So you should not be worried about anything serious. It never causes any pain or irritation and just can increase in size to a bit.

The treatment is by excision of the cyst or by "cauterization" which can be done by any dermatologist near you. It is a 5 minute procedure and do not require any rest or down time.

I hope these information's will help you. If you have further queries I will be happy to help.

"Wish you good health"
