I can understand your concern.
According to your history you are having respiratory tract infection probably upper respiratory tract.
If i were your treating doctor i would have recommended you to take
1. Tab Levocitrezine 10 mg twice daily for 3 days for cold, morning and night or
Tab Sinarest twice daily for 2 days for runny nose
2. Tab Amoxiclav 625 mg morning and night for 5 days after the food
3. Drink boiled water.
4. Avoid oily food and outside food for 1 week
5. Avoid cold beverages and refrigerated food
6. Do salt water gargling or by using any mouth lozenges for gargling , for 3-4
times daily for 1 week.
