Brief Answer:
cramping due to ovulation, take mephenamic acid

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern.

The bad cramping on right side while there are still 2 more weeks from your monthly cycle is related to ovulation.

The cramping will subside within the next couple of days.

Take mephenamic acid to reduce the pain and keep well hydrated.

If it will persist even after monthly cycle starts, should consult with an OG specialist for further evaluation aand to run further diagnostic tests (abdominal ultrasound, vaginal swab testing, and urine analysis ) to exclude urogenital infection.

Wish fast recovery!
