What Causes Redness On Penis Head Along With Pain In Groin Area?

Question: Hello! I have an STD concern. It has been about a year now since I started having some redness symptoms on the head of my penis and foreskin along with some very mild but noticeable needle like pains in the groin area. Early on I consulted with two general practitioners as well as two urologists who all said not to worry it is no std. That was based on lab exams also for gonorrhea and chlamydia which both came back negative. One of the urologists said that it was reoccurring bacterial infections caused by not being circumcised and only suggested the use of a couple creams. Second urologist gave me a cream as well. The groin little pains, the first guy said can't be anything serious cause that would be pretty strong pains and to basically wait until it goes away. Months later the pains stopped for a while. Now a year later, I started having occasional pains again that are annoying. Latest symptom is some irritation again on the penis head and an exaggerated affect that I think has been there the whole time. The skin on my penis head looks kind of like a strawberry with little tiny freckles. They normally become more visible after ejaculation and to me they do not seem normal. I know I am very good with my hygiene and that's something I would have noticed before if it’s always been there. Also, I have noticed some nasal congestion come and go for no reason and I was just reading how this can be related and perhaps be a symptom of a yeast infection. In my mind that could explain the pains in my groin and scrotum. It feels to me as if arteries in there are irritated and often a little swollen and cause the pain and discomfort. Another small symptom that I have noticed and perhaps related is occasional small hair gaps on my facial hair that are barely seen and they come and go. Providing a photo of the current condition of the strawberry look that has been showing for a couple days straight and after my last sexual interaction with my girlfriend. Please advise on what this could be as I am constantly worried even though all those doctors said there's no chance of an std. I just know something is off and I am very much concerned.
Another important symptom that I neglected to mention...many times I have noticed small jelly like pieces in my ejaculate. I have read that whey protein supplements (which I take), often cause that, but in my case with everything else that's going on it makes me think infection. :/

Thank you very much in advance.

Brief Answer:
Balano-posthitis and epididymitis are to be thought off.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

I think that you are more worrying and anxious about STDs.
Your problem with the foreskin and penis seems to be due to yeast infection. If it is not been cured completely it would likely to recur. Adequate dose of anti-fungal antibiotics and for adequate duration are essential. Partner treatment is a must. Predisposing factors like Diabetes mallitus to be controlled. Drugs like steroids and other immune suppressive drugs and antibiotics may aggravate the symptoms. Irritation of foreskin and glans due to soaps and some external applications also could be another possibility.
The pain over inguinal region might be due to a condition called as Epididymitis.
Nasal congestion and hair gaps over face would have no relation to your genital problem.
Similarly jelly like suspension of semen is normal. Semen is not an uniform suspension. Not to worry much. Consult a Dermato-venereologist, he/she will help in this regards. Get well soon.
