Brief Answer:
Diagnosis is right but cause needs to be evaluated.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Thanks for the information.

I have went through the reports uploaded by you already. Your doctor has made a diagnosis of Episcleritis and I think he is right . But the issue is he has not been able to identify the cause for the Episcleritis . But I would like to see a picture of your eyes.

In that regard you need to undergo certain more tests for the evaluation of Uveitis.

CRP, ANA, Serum ACE levels, IgM Leptospira Antibody,

Also get your Eye pressure checked .

I think you can still continue low dex eye drops for a month.

But kindly get these tests done and revert back with reports.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Can start a new query once reports are available.

Detailed Answer:
See we should always search for diagnosis and then think of treatment . Without diagnosis if we treat its like Shooting in the dark .

This is a problem with the eye and if proper diagnosis is not made it may lead to complication in future . Hence kindly get the tests done and revert back .

You can start the discussion with a new query addressed to me directly. This conversation will be stored and available for future reference.

Regards.
