Question: I am 32 years men , Last night suddenly my left nipple started paining and it’s hard and tip becomes red .. don’t know why it happen .. but it’s still paining little..

Perhaps it is a skin and soft tissue infection.
I suggest you to take an oral antibiotic e.g either Amoxicillin or Cephalexin, thrice daily for a week.

In addition,to this you may apply a topical antibiotic e.g either Neosporin ointment or Mupirocin ointment, twice daily.You may take an OTC pain killer e.g Ibuprofen, twice daily.
