Question: I was cleaning out my sink and disposal not wearing gloves , about 20 to 30 minutes later ( I washed hands) I began to feel m skin on my right hand tightening like I was dehydrated, and the muscles in my pinky 's bottom joint pulling my finger toward the right and forward my thumb pulling toward left and downward I was looking at it and noticed that at the base of each it was turning red and blistering burning sensation , I ran cold water over hand and it really burned it felt like from the inside out? my face also began feeling like it was burning , I looked in mirror it looks like red & chaffed , like wind burned I was indoors the area on my hand is where it touched edges of garbage disposal? but that doesn't make sense 3o min later and account for my face or other symptom ...?

Brief Answer:
Sounds serious, please go to an emergency room/hospital.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ms XXXXXXX

Thanks for posting your query.

I have gone through your description carefully.

Your symptoms are worrying and most likely due to allergic reaction to something, or it could be something serious like exposure to some kind of metallic toxin or bacterial toxin.

I can not be sure of what it could without looking at you in person and running some tests.

Best thing to do is, to go to the hospital/emergency right away.

It can get worse by the minute.

I hope this helps.

Best regards.
