What Causes Red Circle Patches With Fluid-filled Pockets On Arm And Leg?

Question: my 5 year old son has two red circle patches with fluid like centers on the same arm and just got another on his leg. they turn white when pressed and are itchy. about 1/4 inch in diameter.

I have checked the attached images. I would insist you to take the rashes on a serious note. The seem to represent tick bites. I would insist you to take him to a pediatrician and get him evaluated.

So you can be bit with no tick attached? He was in XXXXXXX with his grandparents for a week and they live in forested area.

It is not necessary for the ticks to remain attached. The type of lesions are typical of a tick bite and it is possible that he could have got the bites when he was with his grandparents at XXXXXXX As of now, you need to see a doctor.
