Doesn’t look like ringworm or Lyme disease, answer few questions

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at Healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it doesn’t seem to be ringworm infection or lyme disease.
I need to ask you few questions:
Do you have itching or burning on the affected area?
Did you notice any insect or tick bite on the affected area?
Kindly revert with the answers.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

I do not have any discomfort and didnt notice a bite, but that's encouraging. I applied cortizone in hopes it is nothing major, but definitely wanted to rule out those two. Thank you for your help!
