Brief Answer:
Get examined by a neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and reports and understand your concerns.
Generalized muscle twitching at this age can be due to anxiety, stress or fatigue.
Other causes can be hyperthyroidism or benign fasciculation syndrome. Another less likely possibility may be motor neuron disease which is characterized by muscle twitching with wasting of muscle and thinning of limbs.
You first visit a neurologist for detailed examination and if required get investigated accordingly.
Other blood tests are normal and do not require any specific treatment.
Take adequate rest and sleep, avoid excessive tea or coffee.
Calcium supplements and clonazepam can be taken for few weeks.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

The twitching is more so in my calves and there is also a bruised feeling in them but no physical bruise. I also notice it in my right hand. Does this make any difference?

Brief Answer:
Please get examined by a Neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As explained earlier, if fatigue, exertion and secondary causes are not there then get investigated and examined by a neurologist for further diagnosis.

Mostly it is benign in nature if not associated with neurological deficit.
