What Causes Poor Memory With Headaches?

I am contnuously facing the problem of forgetting things (even th critical ones)
Also i am facing poor concentration towards my work.
From last 2 yrs

I feel headache in strong sunlight around 12:00 noon till 4:00 pm while walking or driving a two wheeler.
