Brief Answer:
Likely to be IBS

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
Your symptoms are typical of an Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It can also result from eating foods to which you may be allergic, gas formers like Broccoli or pulses. If you have notice the problem to be worse with milk and other dairy products, there may lactose intolerance contributing to the symptoms.
You get relief by avoiding foods that cause the symptoms. The symptoms would be worse when you are stressed and proper stress management also would help.
If these are not sufficient, you should see a doctor as certain prescription medicines would give relief. Also the doctor would examine you and advise tests if indicated.
