Brief Answer:
Possibility of irritant contact dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I have gone through your question and images .
The lesions are probably due to soap change called as contact irritant dermatitis.
You should avoid the changed soap, cream, cloth washing detergent.
For treatment you can locally apply skin cleansers (eg, Aquanil, Cetaphil cleanser, )
Hope you found the answer helpful.
