Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed a lump in shaft of the penis since 2 months making sexual intercourse to be painful.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making precise comments on your problem.
1) Is the lump freely XXXXXXX or adhered to deep structure Tunica Albugenia a sheath that covers erectile body Corpora Cavernosa ?
2) How is the consistency of lump is it hard, soft and can be squeezed between fingers?
3) Is the penetration of vagina and sexual intercourse painful ?

The lump in shaft of the penis could either be a calcified plaque or a sebaceous cyst and needs to get confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified Urologist and doing Ultrasound Scanning of penis .

Further treatment will depend upon clinical evaluation and result of this test and final diagnosis.

In the mean while you can take pain killers and anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

It is very hard...a little bit XXXXXXX but seems to be stucks to lining inside penis.... very annoying...

it does seem bigger and harder and deeper than a sebaceous cyst..if diagnosis of calcification is made, what treatment is available for this kind of problem ?

If i really try hard, i can squeeze it between 2 fingers...

lump is bigger and harder if penis is more erected...

Brief Answer:
It is a calcified Plaque.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
The hard lump in shaft of the penis is usually calcified plaque and needs to be confirmed by Ultrasound Scanning of Penis .

Normally it gets resolved spontaneously over a period of 1-2 years and no treatment is required

Surgery is advised if there is curvature of penis on erection and makes penetration of vagina difficult and painful.

Thanks an Regards.
