What Causes Pale Colored Stool?

Question: I have been doing a ultra low carb diet and I have cheat days once a week.i noticed I have light to pale colored stool the day after my cheat day...it only happens once after is this something I should be concerned about?

The pale colored stool is probably due to inadqeuate absorption of fat during your cheat days as your body is receiving high load of fat which it is not used to. I

recommend that you discontinue this diet as it is unhealthy to eat very low carb food. Carbohydrates are essential for muscle building, brain function and normal metabolism of the body. I recommend that you switch over to a diet which gives you the minimum recommended daily allowance and exercise more vigorously.

There is nothing to be concerned about, try to avoid high fat food on the cheat days to avoid pale coloured stools
