Brief Answer:
Please get examined to rule out abscess.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
It could be an abscess or infected collection in the thigh. Difficult to say without examining you but if it is painful and hot, then its likely to be an abscess. Are you having any fever?
I suggest you see your GP who can examine you. If it is an abscess you might require antibiotic medications and anti inflammatory medicines. It also might require a small surgery to remove the infected collection. Don't wait for it to get worse. So please have it evaluated.
Do let me know if there are other queries that we can help you with.
Take care.
