What Causes Pain In The Head, Upper Back And Arms When On Bosentas And Pulmo Pres?

Question: Hello Doctor I am XXXX, My partner is Diagnosed with Pulmonary Artery Hypertension and is currently taking the following medicines (Bosentas, Pulmo Pres) from a week she is suffering from severe Neck Pain and few instances of head ache. The neck pain is spreading from head to her back and slight pain to arms. Is there anything that you can suggest for the current situation doctor? Also what can we do to get this pain under control doctor?

Brief Answer: Vasograin Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. Sorry for the delay in my response. The pain in the head, upper back and arms you have could be a side effect of Pulmoperss tablet. This contains Tadalafil which is used for erectile dysfunction in males. Due to its action of blood vessels even in head, some experience headache. Taking medications which will counter act its effects especially only in the head, like Ergot alkaloids will help. Vasograin is such a brand. Do discuss with your treating doctor and get a hand written prescription for the same and get rid of the pain you have. Wish you good health. Regards,
