Question: hi I had pain in shoulder and arm went to er I suffer with bad anxiety I have a fear of dying in we my troponin t level was 22 the 6 hrs 32 then 12 hr 132 then I had a angiogram done with all arteries and blood vessel clear then nevt morning it was 215 which they told me angiogram would have made that rise from the 32 to the 132 they gave me a injection in the stomach to thin the blood could that have made the that rise ora heart attack or anxiety

First of all Anxiety doesn't cause elevation i Troponin T levels. Elevation in Troponin levels was noticed before Angiogram 22--32--132. So it means that some heart related issue happened to you before doing Angiogram itself.

In addition to your Heart problem following Angiogram some elevation in Troponin levels is also seen but that it not a bad sign.

So bottom line is you might have had a minor Heart attack which increased your Troponin levles and in addition Angiogram increased it's level.
