Question: Today I've been getting severe menstrual like cramps in my lower abdomen. they are quite bad and I have to go sit down and focus when they happen. And they make me have diarrhea. I'm 25 weeks + 4 daya pregnant. are those XXXXXXX XXXXXXX or premature labour

The contractions that you are having are strong enough. These are suggestive of premature labor. You need to take rest immediately - lie down in left lateral position. In case the contractions persist for more than an hour then do attend an ER for proper management.
Increasing the fluid intake will also help in decreasing the contractions. You can use a hot water bag on your lower abdomen and see if it helps in relaxing the contracting uterus.
