Question: Hello, my wife is pregnant at 32weeks and the AFI measurement is 29.4cm, no suger and the ultrasound result is fine

AFI measurement of 29.4cm is on a higher side and is suggestive of excess liquor. If the baby is normal and blood sugar levels are not high then there is no need to worry. This can cause a premature labor pains and rupture of membranes.
Do go for a repeat ultrasound scan after 4 weeks to assess the baby's growth.
