Brief Answer:
Clinical evaluation and examination, investigations to get a cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted that your wife has undergone surgery for right RCC at Apollo XXXXXXX 3 months ago. Now she has pain at chest, wants to know the remedy.

The remedy will depend upon the cause of the pain.
Please give additional information:
- Since when is the pain present.
- Where exactly is the pain?
- Nature/type - dull, sharp, pricking, burning
- Any difficulty in breathing, coughing fever or other symptoms like sweating?

I would advise you the following:
Since such a major surgery has been done, you should take her to the Doctor as clinical evaluation, examination is very important to find the cause and get the investigations done accordingly.
She may need an ECG and X-ray of the chest and the tests of blood as per the findings of clinical evaluation.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication and please give the feedback about the questions I asked above and the follow-up after the investigations and clinical evaluation and the treatment received.
