Thank you for posting your query on HCM.

Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that it could be due to some insect bite that has lead to localised swelling . Or may be due to some injury . If there is any other accompanying symptom please let me know .

I think it will gradually settle down and will not require treatment. But in case its increasing it will need to be seen if there is some localised abscess.
