Brief Answer:
Get done blood pressure monitoring and dental examination.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
You are having oral bleeding from mouth after exertion.
Uncontrolled or undetected high blood pressure can cause blood from mouth due to damage in tiny blood vessels.
Another possibility is dental caries and other problems like infection or injury etc.
So get done blood pressure monitoring and dental examination.
If both are normal than get done chest x ray to rule out lung related causes for bleeding.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
