Brief Answer:
Watch for impulse on coughing and reducibility

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Please tests yourself the following and let me know your findings.
Put a palm on the affected area and cough hard - watch if there is any impulse on coughing meaning you can feel something hitting the palm.
If there is a bulge watch for whether it can be reduced completely (reducibility).
Any pain or other symptoms?
Awaiting.
Post clear and focused photos if possible.
