Brief Answer:
You need anger management

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX

Thanks for using HealthCareMagic.

You mentioned that when you are in anger , you speak nonsense.

When a person is angry, he/she can't concentrate on the matter that is currently going on. In subconscious mind thought pertaining to matter which made him/her angry is constantly pitching. So current work is not able to done with full dedication and attention and mistakes occur.

You told you sometime make good presentation means you can concentrate well on topic and express knowledge what you have. While in anger that knowledge can not be expressed and some nonsense things come out which you do not want to speak.

So issue is, "why do you become angry?"

Anger is not at all helpful in most of the cases. One can learn how to control anger and digest it.
Anger can be part of nature/personality(what we generally called short tempered) or it may be part of excessive stress.
In first case, anger management by relaxation and counselling can be done. While in second stress management is necessary.

You can be helped by a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist.

If you can tell some detail about your anger with example of your bad presentation, I can guide more.

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
