Brief Answer:
Might be due anxiety or control of ejaculation

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Wet dreams are a normal event especially in young males who do not masturbate regularly. It is a natural method by which the semen is ejected out of the body during sleep. Many times ejaculation takes place but is in very small quantities and dries up quickly. At other times you may get aware when having a wet dream and in your sleep you may try to stop the ejaculation from happening by pressing the penis with your hand or against the bed. This can happen in full or partial awareness. So you will experience the tingling like orgasm but no ejaculation. This can also happen if you are having high anxiety levels when you realize that you are in a wet dream. Even during wet dreams the penis achieves tumescence and gets erect. Forceful control of ejaculation in an erect penis can cause slight pain which you are feeling in left groin area.

Hope your query is answered.
