What Causes Neck Twitching On Right Side?

Question: I have slight neck twitching on right side no other symptoms It started about 2years ago

It started awhile ago. Under a lot of stress. A lot of tension in neck. Yes had blood work recently. Everything fine. Also when very relaxed it's much better

Brief Answer: hi, muscle fasiculations. Detailed Answer: Hi, in my opinion any amount of stress precipitates involuntary muscle contraction called twitches. It can affect any skeletal muscle. Commonest cause is stress, magnesium difeiciency, traume, amylotrophic lateral sclerosis, neuromyotonia. Etc. For you stress is the cause. If I were your treating doctor I woukd hzve advised for serum electrolyte analysis with EMG. If reports shoes any abnormalities thdn would treat accordingly, I would suggest calcium with magnesium supplement. Try to avoid stress as much as possible.
