Need more information and preferably more images.

Detailed Answer:

I can see skin colored raised bumps in this image.

I would like to know do you have any associated symptoms like itching? pain?

What all areas/sites are affected?

Can you upload a few more good quality images of the affected areas? so that I am able to guide you better.

Brief Answer:
Oral antihistamine.

Detailed Answer:

Perhaps those are Hives. Hives are evanescent i.e last a few hours and are usually itchy. I suggest you take an oral antihistamine e.g either Tab. Chlorpheniramine or Dexchlorpheniramine (Tab. Polaramine}. They are safe in pregnancy.

You may apply a soothing lotion e.g Calamine lotion topically.

Hope I have answered your query.
