Brief Answer:
Simple normal phenomenon of the human penile skin

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.

According to your query you have irritated bumps on penis which are more noticeable during sex or masturbation.

Let me assure you first that these bumps are normal natural phenomenon and is seen in most of young men like you.

You should know the fact that our penile skin is the thinnest skin on the body. It is such a thin skin that even the blood vessels are directly visible over it. Whenever we get erection then the blood vessels gets filled up. These blood vessels therefore become more prominent during sex or during masturbation due to erection of penis. So we get the prominent bumps kind of appearance at the thinnest skin of penile area during that time.

Mild to moderate redness or bumpyness is quite common in this area because of the friction during sexual intercourse or due to masturbation also. Even the condoms are known to produce redness because of the rubber content as well as certain chemicals on the condoms as lubricants and as fragrance.

So both these things can give a irritated bumps on penis which are more noticeable during sex or masturbation. This redness of the blood vessels is many times confused with some kind of skin problems ...which is actually not. In your case also this redness is simple normal phenomenon of the human penile skin.

I hope this information will help you. If you have further queries I will be happy to help.

"Wish you good health"
