Question: Dear Doctor, my baby head is hotter then her own body Most of the time. She is one year old. Why is this happening?

Temperature of head is more than rest of body, this is a normal thing. TThere is no definite reason for this but it is for sure that it is a normal thing and one should not worry about this.

Temperature should be taken at arm pit or inside mouth by keeping a thermometer for 2 minutes, if temperature is more than 100 Fahrenheit, then only we say that it is fever.

I think that it's a natural phenomenon and you should not worry about this.
