Question: I am 29 year old

I feel my head is some what heavy when i wake up from sleep...kinda dizziness forgetfulness ...and i work in night shift from 10 year ...

Thanks for your query.

The symptoms you explained can be seen when there is variation in the blood pressure.

I would recommend you getting BP checked atleast three times on different occasions.

If the Bp is fine then you may have to visit a Neurologist to ascertain the health.
