Question: I shot up meth about two days ago in the right middle cubital I have a hard lump in the area with pain going up my arm,and its hurts to flex or extend my arm

Hi Sir,

I understand your query and concern.

As per your clinical symptoms you probably might have extravasation of the meth into the surrounding tissue,causing this organised lump as a part of the inflammatory reaction to escaped meth.

This local reaction can stimulate the nerves causing you the pain especially while flexing due to the stretching of inflamed nerve.
