Posted on Wed, 18 Jan 2017
Question: I have swollen and very painful glands on my right side of my groin. I am female and this came on gradually over a 3 day period but I developed a quarter sized blister patch on my thigh that is very painful and like a hard lump that appeared quickly. Same side as the swollen glands. I also feel fatigued and achy. No fever

Brief Answer:
The blister patch is what has lead to the swollen glands in the groin.

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to HCM,
Is it possible to send a scanned picture of the blister?
Do you get these often?
The blister patch is what has lead to the swollen glands in the groin.
Dress the blister with Epsom salt added to an antibiotic cream. Once the blister is treated, the glands should subside.
But I think you may also require a course of antibiotics.
Please rule out Diabetes too.
Regards
