Brief Answer:
relax. concentrate on weight gain.

Detailed Answer:
Its nice to continue exclusive breast feeding till age six months unless your doctor has advised against it.
many times we feel that infant is not interested in sucking at breast cos he leaves it soon as it needs efforts. If we keep a hungry baby close to breast for an hour without hurrying for formula...every 4 hours.. the infant will learn sucking.
When we give formula feed to baby.. the rich and extra sugar that gets undigested may make stools greenish and the extra protein undigested may cause stools hard to strain at motions. Its normal with formula and sometimes may need change of formula.
observe weight gain. Around 150 gm plus gain in weight per week will not make a doctor worry.
More the time and frequency of breast contact.. more will be the milk output. So even if child is not hungry.. hold the child close to breast as possible till age 3 months.
