Brief Answer:
may be presyncope

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that your symptoms are related to presyncope. This is the temporary change in consciousness without complete loss. A person may feel confused, disoriented ,as though they may lose consciousness.
It is associated with nausea, confusion, diaphoresis (excess sweating), weakness, dizziness.

There is a type of syncope (fainting) called situational syncope. It occurs in situations such as defecation (bowel movement), urination, coughing.

There is a part of the nervous system that helps to keep the blood pressure up and prevent it from going to low. It is called the sympathetic nervous system. In persons with situational syncope , the normal responses of the nervous system do not occur and there is a decrease in the BP.
This decrease leads to reduced blood to the brain which causes the symptoms that you experienced.

Since this is your second episode, you may want to consider an assessment by a cardiac doctor. Though it is not associated with any problems in many persons. It is best to have an assessment to make sure of this.

If there are no cardiac causes found treatment normally involves the following: (1) the use of venous support stockings- to encourage blood supply back to the heart
(2)use of fluids containing electrolytes (sport drinks)
(3)your medication may need further adjustment

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
