Brief Answer:
Nasal blockage most likely

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns...

Since you are not on any medications and your test results have excluded diabetes and are within normal range, this is most probably due to partial nasal blockage due to chronic sinusitis or allergic rhinitis...Possibly this is leading to your breathing through your mouth while sleeping...

Also snoring can cause similar effect.. So I would recommend that you take an antihistaminic as Cetirizine 10mg once daily before going to bed to relieve sinusitis or allergic rhinitis and follow up on your dry mouth condition...

Also, try to keep yourself adequately hydrated throughout the day by drinking at least eight to ten cups of water and try to avoid smoking (if at all do) caffeine drinks and spicy foods.

I hope you find this helpful...Let me know if I can assist you further...

Regards
