Brief Answer:
Peyronie's plaque seems most likely. double stream needs to be checked.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Marccan and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.

Frankly, your symptoms are similar to that seen in Peyronie's disease.
The symptom of passing urine in two streams, also needs to be confirmed..
On examination by an Urologist, cause for both symptoms, will be known.

There's a hardening felt over shaft of penis, in Peyronie's plaque.
It doesn't cause pain, but may cause discomfort during intercourse, if bend is significant only.

Once the external opening( meatus), is examined, the Urologist can determine the possible reason for your symptoms.
Accordingly, proper treatment will be advised.

For any other doubts, you're welcome to send your query, after an Urologist examination, and his report.
Wish you good health.
