Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this prostate surgery and this worry of urine constantly being in the penis. I will like some clarification. What exactly do you mean when you say it feels like there us urine in the penis? Is this to suggest there is a leak into the penis? Why were you operated upon in the first place? How many times do you urinate in a day and is it in very small quantities? I will like to at least get response to these worries in order to be able to provide a personalized, comprehensive and helpful response to you.

I hope to hear from you and promise to respond as soon as your responses get here.

There is no leak in the penis they said I had an enlarged prostate. I go to the bathroom 8 to 10 times about half the time it is normal and other half very small quantities

Brief Answer:
This is clearly an overactive bladder!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I will suggest that your doctor steps up the dose of myrbetriq to 50mg daily. Your symptoms seem typical for this disease condition and we should maximize the treatment option by giving the most potent recommended dosage to you.

Let me know what your doctors think about this. I wish you well.
