What Causes Difficulty In Breathing After Discontinuing Perfonex?
Question: My father has pulmonary fibrosis ( former refrigeration engineer) - we took him off perfonex as he was losing so much weight - like 3 inches in his waist and he was not overweight. But it is now 11 months later and his breathing has got much more difficult . In he last month things just got much worse. We have addressed the food issue also by giving simple foods that are easy to eat and not a variety of stuff that require energy to put together ( rice with many curries) . So he is eating well now and pd appetite is okay. Wondering if it time to revisit the perfonex.?
