But if there are symptoms like pain, inflammation and swelling.Then a ultrasound needs to be undertaken.
Generally these are veins of scrotum and they can appear prominent once in a while.
But if there are symptoms then you will have to rule out infection, thrombophlebitis of veins or blood clot(rare).
So if there are symptoms then you need to see doctor.If not then just wait and watch.
