Brief Answer:
Anemia and hypothyroidism requires evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Usual cause of continuous tiredness are dehydration and malnutrition.
2. If you are not taking atleast 6-8 liters of water/ day or a protein rich nutritious diet (at least 4-5 multiple small meals/ day), then it will require correction.
3. If you are well hydrated, then pathological causes like anemia and hypothyroidism requires evaluation.
4. Get hemoglobin levels, ESR and thyroid hormone levels tested. This could help in identification of common causes.

If hydration and nutrition improvement is not helpful, then tests will be necessary.

Do concentrate on also getting regular sleep (minimum of 8-9 hours sleep at nights between 10-6) and mild exercises in morning for an adrenaline push.

If you have undergone any tests or if you are on any medications, do get back with more details.

Hope it helps.
