Brief Answer:
I think this can be due to knee arthritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I think your pain can be due to early arthritis or knee synovitis. I have following suggestions for you.
1.tablet Advil or Brufen will be helpful. Tablet Lyrica at night time is also useful.
2.avoid Squatting, sitting cross leg or stairs.
3.get x ray of your knee joint to see if there is no problem with the bones.
4.avoid using very tight belt or pant as nerve compression at level of groin can also cause these symptoms.
5.in case pain increases you need to take serum B12 estimation to see if your B12 level are normal.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks
