Question: Hi, I have a clear and sometimes white discharge from my penis. It does NOT hurt to urinate or painful at all.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have whitish discharge from penis .

Since you do not have any urinary symptoms it could be due to excessive secretion of peri urethral glands located in Bulbar Urethra.which get stimulated on sexual stimulation or audio or visual sexual thoughts .

This is not abnormal and has no significance .
Do not worry about it .It will get resolved itself without any treatment.
