Brief Answer:
Further cardiac examinations are needed...

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

Your symptoms are indicative for premature beats (extrasystolic arrhythmia). I suggest to run further cardiac examinations to rule out heart problems:
- Holter monitoring
- Cardiac Echo
- Stress test

If everything result ok than don't worry your symptoms may be related to anxiety and panic attack. Depending on the tests results, specific treatment will be prescribed.
