Brief Answer:
it needs investigation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Breathing difficulties may denote serious medical conditions and always needs investigation. I didn't quite understand the heart problems you've mentioned. Were you having palpitations?

A chest x-ray, oxygen saturation and clinical examination are essential tests to start with. Depending on the results more tests might have to be done. Regarding your heart problem, although the description is a little vague, I would suggest doing an electrocardiogram.

Your blood pressure is higher than normal but this is something to be addressed after the initial investigation.

I hope you find my comments helpful!
