Brief Answer:
Need examination of the nose!

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Small blood vessels in the nose (Little’s plexus) is often the culprit in most cases… packing the nose, and applying ice pack help in emergency.
For long term, cauterisation may be necessary

Both blood pressure and Plavix can contribute…
Have the pressure controlled, if it is not so…
Hold Plavix for 3 to 4 days…

GET EXAMINED by an ENT specialist
Appropriate treatment demands accurate diagnosis
Diagnosis demands examination; probably investigation too

Prognosis is generally excellent in such situations

Good luck
God bless you
