Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you asking HCM.Y
You are posting that your daughter has recently been bleeding from anus, and at this situation I strongly recommend to consult a gastroenterologist and to perform further exams like:
-blood work
-colonoscopy
Still that she should avoid constipation, have a good anal hygiene and use anal crème .
The main causes of anal bleeding are:
- hemorrhoids
- anal fissure
- inflammatory bowel disease
- tumors of colon
Hope it was helpful.
If you have other concerns I would be glad to assist you further
All the best
Dr.Klerida
