What Causes Asthma, Eczema, Contact Dermatitis And Elevated IgE Levels?

Question: Yes my son has had severe asthma, allergies and eczema since childhood. He is now 21 and has had patch testing done and is allergic to everything now. Metals, copper, nickel, potassium and many more. He has contact dermatitis that has him bedridden for weeks and even months at a time. His latest bloodwork showed that immunoglobulin E Total with ref. interval of 0-100 his count is 24,259 H IU/ml His Vitamin D, 25 Hydroxy is 5.8 L ng/mL ref is 30.0-100.0 These are just some of the numbers since his WBC are high due to infection from the skin. I have been changing everything that we were told to change by our Pulmunologist and they said they can no longer give him steroids or antibiotics. We saw a Nutritionist yesterday and he thinks it's possible that he has Celiac Disease also. I am at my witts end since my son has no life at 21. He had to drop out of college and it is also affecting his looks self esteem and the smell of infection is horrendous. I forgot to mention he has to take warm baths since showers destroy him. His skin falls off like it's melting ice in a sauna. There are 6 Dr's that work there and none have ever seen anything like it. Could it be autoimmune? Could it be something we are not thinking of? I need him to be looked at by someone who can look over the whole situation with a clear mind and not someone who only treats each symptom as we go in weekly. He used to get allergy injections but they were of no use when he was younger either and he's been in and out of CHOP for the asthma and mrsa numerous times. Please help us we are at a loss. The last thing the nurse practioner told us was see a dermatologist. We have many times and each was worse than the one before. I will take him anywhere as long as he get the proper treatment or even a real diagnosis at this time. He is also obese now bc he cannot go out and run or do things that normal people do. He used to until the last five years or so. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm a truly desperate mom.
I also forgot to mention he gets severe migraines that are debilitating and runs fevers and chills more so than a regular infection. And besides the MRSA and sepsis he gets cellulitis.Thank you so much, XXXXXXX
