What Causes Absence Of Periods And Negative Pregnancy Test Result?

Question: I am on treatment. Got HGC shot on day 10th of my cycle. Now i am on my 29th day. No periods symptoms and getting negative pregnancy test

Just to inform you on last August I had an ectopic pregnancy and since then I am on treatment. Is it possible I might be pregnant and I am getting negative pregnancy Test. I am pretty regular after being on treatment.
